Remote H.323 phones

1. Need the “public” IP address set for the AW server in “system” settings

2. need to have NAT enabled in “Network” settings

3. Should have DHCP disabled and a static IP address allocated

4. Need the firewall/router to enable NAT to pass the voice through to the phones IP address

5. Need to have the following ports opened to allow voice traffic:
    TCP 1720
    TCP 10032
    TCP 30040-30042
    UDP 30000-30001

6. A fast busy tone means that the firewall is blocking voice traffic

7. The phone can appear to be registered even though calls are blocked by the firewall
